FRANCE: Memo relative to trials and experiments

ANSES have issued a memo summarising the requirements for:

• Applications for trial permits (replacing ‘ADE’), including:
  • Exemption from trial permit applications
  • Preliminary declaration of trials
  • Exemption of crop destruct
• The declaration of officially recognised trials
