The creation of that use will be only effective if the approval is granted.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2 &#8211; Removal of 2 reference crops: rapeseed and tobacco.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3 &#8211; Changes in scope of some uses (Annex 1 of the new Order):<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cereals: miscanthus was removed from the list of cereals;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Herbs: minth, herbs consumed fresh and non-food aromatic, medicinal and for perfume plants (PPAMC) were added, and revisions on plant families were made;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Peas and beans with pods (fresh): soybeans were added;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Infusions (dry): non-food PPAM were added;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Onion: the words \u201cother <em>Liliaceae<\/em> bulbs\u201d were removed;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Poppy: non-food PPAM were added<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Leek: the words &#8220;other edible <em>Alliaceae<\/em>&#8221; were replaced by &#8220;other green onions&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Seed-crops &#8211; aromatic, medicinal and for perfume plants (PPAMC), and floral and vegetable crops: the list was extended to &#8220;Any plant for the production of PPAMC, flower or vegetable seeds&#8221;;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">4 &#8211; Changes regarding correspondences between uses and uses numbers were made for more than 60 uses.
