It was expected since the publication of the Ordinance regarding the experimental CEPP procedure, in October 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This relates to Ecophyto National Action Plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The experimentation period runs from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>This Decree sets:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The unit amount of the fixed penalty by CEPP Certificate: 5 Euros;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The categories of persons eligible to experimentation:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entity who made at least one full calendar year of sale on 31 December 2015,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entity who will have conducted at least one full calendar year sales by 31 December 2018;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products included in the experimentation: plant protection products, except seed treatments, biocontrol products and products used exclusively in the context of mandatory control programmes;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conditions in which actions are defined to benefit from CEPP certificates and the value of those actions and certificates: average sales of plant protection products made, expressed in number of unit doses, in three reference years among the last five calendar years. Annual sales are the amounts declared for RPPD (Charge for diffuse pollution).
