Indeed in December 2016, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jo_pdf.do?id=JORFTEXT000031279342\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordinance No.2015-1244 of 7 October 2015<\/a> regarding the experimental CEPP procedure was called off by the Council of State for procedural reasons further to an appeal of pesticides producers and distributors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An assessment of the experimental procedure aiming at setting up actions contributing to savings of plant protection products will be performed and published before 1st January 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00a0draft decree repeats the provisions of Decree No. 2016-1166 of 26 August 2016 concerning the implementation of CEPP and is subject to public consultation from 8 March to 29 March 2017. The draft decree sets the conditions and modalities for the calculation and the implementation by distributors of actions contributing to the reduction of the pesticides use, risks and impacts. The unit amount of the fixed penalty by missing CEPP Certificate on 31 December 2021 compared to the notified obligation \u00a0is 5 euros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To
