{"id":2209,"date":"2017-04-30T19:34:44","date_gmt":"2017-04-30T19:34:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=2209\/"},"modified":"2017-05-02T19:53:00","modified_gmt":"2017-05-02T19:53:00","slug":"france-new-decree-for-ppp-saving-certificates-cepp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/france-new-decree-for-ppp-saving-certificates-cepp\/","title":{"rendered":"FRANCE: New Decree for PPP saving certificates (\u2018CEPP\u2019)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A new decree specifying the modalities of the experimentation of PPP saving Certificates (\u2018CEPP\u2019) has just been published.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This publication follows the adoption of the so-called Potier\u2019s law concerning the fight against agricultural land grabbing and the development of biocontrol which had restored the \u2018CEPP\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the coming days, five new standardised actions will be published which can be implemented in this framework. Moreover, amongst the 20 existing actions, some will be completed in order to widen the list of products and materials.
