They confirm the effective entry into force of the CEPP system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The first Order of 27 April 2017<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> describes the methodology and rules for calculating the \u00a0NODU indicator (Number of unit doses) and the frequency of calculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five appendices specify:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plant protection uses excluded from the NODU calculation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rules of calculation based on uses;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average yield of crops;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crop correspondence table (agricultural statistics and plant protection uses);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reference NODU values \u200b\u200bfor each substance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The second Order of 27 April 2017<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> defines the methodology for evaluating standardised actions. Each standardised action is evaluated according to three components in order to establish the number of associated certificates:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Component 1: its effect on the reduction of use and impact;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Component 2: its potential development;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Component 3: its ease of implementation and economic record.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The Order of 3 May 2017 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">defines the modalities of application for the grant of CEPPs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applications for the issue of CEPP referred to in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006071367&amp;idArticle=LEGIARTI000034457221&amp;dateTexte=&amp;categorieLien=cid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article R. 254-35 of the Rural Code and for sea fishing<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> shall be made by means of an electronic application accessible at the following address: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/alim.agriculture.gouv.fr\/cepp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https: \/\/ alim.agriculture.gouv.fr\/cepp\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The Order of 9 May 2017<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> defines standardised measures for the saving of plant protection products.
