{"id":4576,"date":"2020-12-28T07:36:40","date_gmt":"2020-12-28T07:36:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=4576"},"modified":"2023-01-30T11:47:04","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T11:47:04","slug":"europe-com-updated-air4-and-air5-work-programmes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/europe-com-updated-air4-and-air5-work-programmes\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROPE &#8211; COM: Updated AIR4 and AIR5 work programmes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The AIR4 and AIR5 work programmes for active substances renewal have just been updated by DG SANTE following the recent publication of <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32020R1740&amp;from=FR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation (EU) No 2020\/1740<\/a> repealing Regulation (EU) No 844\/2012 as regards the provisions necessary for the implementation of the renewal procedure for active substances under Regulation (EC) No 1107\/2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Application dates for substances for which the new renewal rules apply according to Reg. (EU) No 2020\/1740 have been indicated. The application consists of providing the complete renewal dossier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The \u201cold renewal rules\u201d of Regulation (EU) No 844\/2012 still apply to most of the active substances of the AIR4 programme.
