This tax aims at decreasing the contamination of\u00a0 aquatic environments by hazardous substances contained by plant protection products. The list of substances concerned by the Tax on Diffuse Pollution is set by the Order of 22th Novembre 2010 and is updated every year in order to consider the evolution of substance classification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The updated list of substances concerned by the French Tax on Diffuse Pollution has been published in the Official Journal of 26 December 2021.
