400\">On 05 July 2022, ANSES released a Note<\/span><b> modifying the procedures for submission<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>instruction of data matching applications<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in accordance with the guidance document <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/food.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2021-10\/pesticides_aas_guidance_proc_sante-2016-11449.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">SANTE\/2016\/11449<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of 21 October 2021 on data matching for applications for PPP authorisations according to Art. 33 and 43 of Regulation (EC) No. 1107\/2009.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This document includes details on :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the timetable and procedure for submitting data matching applications to the concerned Member States particularly France ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the steps in the instruction process ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the documents required for the dossier composition ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the situations that lead to an immediate withdrawal of the marketing authorisation of a PPP.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The revision of current provisions in France has an impact on :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the procedures for the submission of the applications ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the conditions of withdrawal of marketing authorisations in case of negative conclusions on the data matching.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It should be noted that an update of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formulaires.service-public.fr\/gf\/getNotice.do?cerfaNotice=%252301&amp;cerfaFormulaire=15722\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">explanatory note 52173<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> associated with the administrative <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formulaires.service-public.fr\/gf\/cerfa_15722.do\" target=\"_blank\"
