Approaches for assessing the <\/span><b>hazards<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>risks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to <\/span><b>human health <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and<\/span><b> domesticated animals <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">through the consumption of drinking water are also described. Furthermore, the document details existing practices in Europe to minimise residues in drinking water sources and provides a recommendation on the use of<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in-vitro<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> water quality monitoring methods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Interested parties are invited to submit comments on the draft document via the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/connect.efsa.europa.eu\/RM\/s\/publicconsultation2\/a0l7U0000011gCt\/pc0234\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dedicated consultation pages<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
