{"id":6774,"date":"2023-08-30T12:06:02","date_gmt":"2023-08-30T12:06:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=6774"},"modified":"2023-10-02T12:12:25","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T12:12:25","slug":"france-update-of-the-list-of-uses-of-ppps-affected-by-the-non-reducible-safety-distance-of-10-metres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/france-update-of-the-list-of-uses-of-ppps-affected-by-the-non-reducible-safety-distance-of-10-metres\/","title":{"rendered":"FRANCE: Update of  the list of uses of PPPs affected by the non-reducible safety distance of 10 metres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000047325015\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Order of 14 February 2023<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on measures to protect persons when using certain plant protection products, introduced a non-reducible safety distance of 10 metres when treating aerial parts of plants near the areas as defined in Article L. 253-7-1 and point III of Article L. 253-8 of the Rural Code, as well as areas where workers are regularly present (Article 14-1-1 of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000034603791\/2023-10-02\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Order of 4 May 2017<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Ministry of Agriculture and Food published on 06 April 2023 in the Official Bulletin the first version of the list of uses concerned (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/info.agriculture.gouv.fr\/gedei\/site\/bo-agri\/instruction-2023-237\/telechargement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">DGAL\/SDSPV\/2023-237 &#8211; version 1<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>This list was updated on 03 August 2023 (<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/info.agriculture.gouv.fr\/gedei\/site\/bo-agri\/instruction-2023-510\/telechargement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>DGAL\/SDSPV\/2023-510 &#8211; version 2<\/b><\/a><b>).\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Version 2 updates the list of PPPs with valid marketing authorisation (list A) in particular by indicating parallel trade permits.
