An incompressible 20-metre distance applies when the product contains a substance of concern (Article 14-1 of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000034603791\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Order of 4 May 2017<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Ministry of Agriculture and Food regularly updates the <\/span><b>list of PPPs for which this minimum safety distance of 20 metres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> must be observed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Version 19 of this list has been updated on <\/span><b>21 November 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and repeals version 18 dated 06 June 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This update concerns PPPs with valid marketing authorisation and PPPs without valid marketing authorisation but whose use remains possible under the grace period for the sale of stocks.
