{"id":7317,"date":"2024-07-08T12:12:55","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T12:12:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=7317"},"modified":"2024-07-10T12:17:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T12:17:51","slug":"france-anses-adjustment-of-fees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/france-anses-adjustment-of-fees\/","title":{"rendered":"FRANCE &#8211; ANSES : Adjustment of fees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000049894960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>decree of July 4th, 2024<\/b><\/a><b>, setting the fees to be paid to Anses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, relating to marketing authorisation for phytopharmaceutical products, adjuvants, fertilisers and growing media, <\/span><b>will enter in force on August 1, 2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and will repeal the decree of december 15, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The new decree readjusts the fees associated with each application to bring them into line with the cost of the application instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Most of the fees were increased by 15%.
