{"id":8056,"date":"2024-11-21T09:18:21","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T09:18:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=8056"},"modified":"2024-11-21T09:18:21","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T09:18:21","slug":"europe-echa-update-of-the-guidance-on-the-application-of-the-clp-criteria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/europe-echa-update-of-the-guidance-on-the-application-of-the-clp-criteria\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROPE \u2013 ECHA: Update of the Guidance on the Application of the CLP Criteria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ECHA guidance is a comprehensive technical and scientific document series that aims to provide <b>detailed guidance on the application of the CLP criteria<\/b> for physical, health and environmental hazards, as defined in the framework of <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?qid=1732033251479&amp;uri=CELEX%3A32008R1272\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regulation (EC) No 1272\/2008<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The present update <b>covers the new hazard classes<\/b> introduced with the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32023R0707&amp;qid=1680506244011\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023\/707<\/a>. This regulation includes, in particular, the classification criteria for substances identified as <b>endocrine disruptors<\/b> for human health or the environment, <b>PBT <\/b>(Persistent, Bioaccumulative, Toxic) or <b>vPvB <\/b>(very Persistent, very Bioaccumulative), <b>PMT <\/b>(Persistent, Mobile, Toxic) or <b>vPvM <\/b>(very Persistent, very Mobile).
