{"id":8105,"date":"2024-12-30T12:52:05","date_gmt":"2024-12-30T12:52:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=8105"},"modified":"2025-02-17T08:44:52","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T08:44:52","slug":"france-list-of-substances-concerned-by-the-tax-on-diffuse-pollution-for-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/france-list-of-substances-concerned-by-the-tax-on-diffuse-pollution-for-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"FRANCE: List of substances concerned by the Tax on Diffuse Pollution for 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Introduced by the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000000649171\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> law for water and aquatic environments No. 2006-1772<\/a>, French Tax on Diffuse Pollution is collected by the water agencies and offices for the purchase of plant protection products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The article L.213-10-8 of the Code of Environment defines the tax basis, depending on the active substance content in the products, and sets the tax rate applied, which depends on the substance classification according to the of Regulation (EC) 1272\/2008 (CLP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The annex to the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000023175055\/2025-01-22\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> order of 22 November 2010<\/a> establishes the list of substances subject to the Tax on Diffuse Pollution. This list is updated annually to take into account changes in the classification of substances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The updated list of substances concerned by the French Tax on Diffuse Pollution, defined in the order of 2 December 2024, has been published in the Official Journal of 18 December 2024.
