{"id":8129,"date":"2025-01-24T09:12:59","date_gmt":"2025-01-24T09:12:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=8129"},"modified":"2025-01-24T09:12:59","modified_gmt":"2025-01-24T09:12:59","slug":"france-list-of-authorised-uses-for-sport-equipments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/france-list-of-authorised-uses-for-sport-equipments\/","title":{"rendered":"FRANCE: List of authorised uses for sport equipments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As a reminder, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/download\/pdf?id=XzNYvqoTx3TdfUroQBuMdF3o5lLmdRUUpFMr6ZWnSW4=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Order of 15 January 2021<\/a> amending the Order of 4 May 2017 on the marketing and use of plant protection products and their adjuvants banned the use of these products (excluding biocontrol products, low-risk products or products authorised for organic farming) in all sport grounds and racecourses from 1 January 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/download\/pdf?id=XPMFgVxWLLB-i16hTXWjkDrwnIZoL-yLf6tjc1dtbvA=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Order of 10 January 2025<\/a> sets out the list of uses of plant protection products for which no alternative technical solution can provide the quality required for official competitions in sports facilities. 6 uses are concerned for the treatment of grass turf (weed control, diseases, pests). For these uses, plant protection products benefit from an exemption and are still allowed to be used.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By 31 July 2025 at the latest, the ministry in charge of sport will have to establish the list of facilities covered by the exemption.
