It mainly takes into account the opinions of the Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), issued between March and September 2023, on the proposals to add or update harmonised classification and labelling of certain substances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thus, Part 3 of Annex VI of the CLP regulation has been amended with <\/span><b>the addition of harmonised classification and labelling for 22 new substances<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>modifications for 10 substances<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. These include in particular the active substances bixlozone, captan, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> extract, clopyralid, dinotefuran, folpet, pethoxamide and proquinazid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This regulation will apply from <\/span><b>1<\/b><b>st<\/b><b> February 2027<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
