{"id":8363,"date":"2025-06-25T04:16:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T04:16:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=8363"},"modified":"2025-07-01T04:19:57","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T04:19:57","slug":"europe-com-public-consultation-on-the-work-programme-for-the-gradual-review-of-safeners-and-synergists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/europe-com-public-consultation-on-the-work-programme-for-the-gradual-review-of-safeners-and-synergists\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROPE &#8211; COM : Public Consultation on the Work Programme for the Gradual Review of Safeners and Synergists"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The European commission has launched a public consultation from 10 June to 8 July 2025 on a draft regulation to amend <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L_202401487\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Regulation (EU) 2024\/1487<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> as regards the<strong> adoption of the work programme for the gradual review of safeners and synergists<\/strong> already used in plant protection products (PPP), in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1107\/2009.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The draft regulation amends Annex I of d Regulation (EU) 2024\/1487 by <\/span><b>listing the safeners and synergists included in the work programme for their gradual review<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and by <\/span><b>designating for each of them a Rapporteur Member State\u00a0 (RMS)\u00a0 and a Co-Rapporteur Member State (Co-RMS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. This list also specifies safeners and synergists for which an application for inclusion in the work programme, in accordance with Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024\/1487), has not yet been submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Interested parties are invited to submit comments on the draft documents <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">via <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/law\/better-regulation\/have-your-say\/initiatives\/14539-Phytoprotecteurs-et-synergistes-liste-pour-evaluation-dans-le-cadre-du-programme-de-reexamen-acte-dexecution-_fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dedicated consultation page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.The adoption of the regulation by the Commission is planned for <strong>Q4 2025<\/strong>.
