{"id":8557,"date":"2025-09-25T12:32:22","date_gmt":"2025-09-25T12:32:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=8557"},"modified":"2025-10-08T12:34:55","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T12:34:55","slug":"europe-com-public-consultation-on-a-draft-regulation-for-the-addition-of-unacceptable-co-formulants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/europe-com-public-consultation-on-a-draft-regulation-for-the-addition-of-unacceptable-co-formulants\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROPE \u2013 COM  : Public Consultation on a draft regulation for the addition of unacceptable co-formulants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The European commission has launched a public consultation up<\/span><b> to 17 October 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on a draft implementing regulation <\/span><b>aimed to list 14 additional substances as unacceptable co-formulants in Annex III<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to Regulation (EC) 1107\/2009, according to the criteria established in Regulation (EU) 2023\/574 for identifying unacceptable co-formulants in plant protection products (PPP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Member States that have granted authorisations to PPPs or to adjuvants containing co-formulants listed in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1107\/2009 shall <\/span><b>amend or withdraw those authorisations as soon as possible and no later than 2 years after the entry into force of that Regulation.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Any grace period granted shall be as short as possible.
