{"id":8987,"date":"2026-07-06T07:02:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T07:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/?p=8987"},"modified":"2026-07-08T07:06:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T07:06:07","slug":"france-anses-update-of-the-note-on-the-national-provisions-regarding-bees-and-other-pollinating-insects-july-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lynxee.consulting\/en\/france-anses-update-of-the-note-on-the-national-provisions-regarding-bees-and-other-pollinating-insects-july-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"FRANCE \u2013 ANSES: Update of the Note on the National Provisions Regarding Bees and Other Pollinating Insects (July 2026)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Anses published an update of the note &#8220;National Provisions Regarding the Protection of Bees and Other Pollinating Insects&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/system\/files\/NoteAbeilles_V5_Juillet%202026_VF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">version 5, 1 July 2026<\/a> (in French)).<\/p>\n<p>The main changes are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">In Point 2, a clarification of the <strong>procedures for submitting complementary data<\/strong> for the uses concerned by the Order of 20 November 2021, depending on the type of authorisation application (<i>i.e.<\/i>, case of France acting as the rapporteur or concerned Member State, and case of mutual recognition dossier) is added.
