English and French).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To be noted, among the <b>new<\/b> test guidelines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Test guideline No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2026\/07\/test-no-255-bumblebee-bombus-spp-chronic-oral-toxicity-test-10-day-feeding_8f45f696\/f85a2323-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">255<\/a>, laboratory test to assess the <b>chronic oral toxicity<\/b> on <b>bumblebees <\/b>(<i>Bombus<\/i> spp.).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Test guideline No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2026\/07\/test-no-256-determination-of-effects-on-earthworms-oligochaeta-annelida-in-field-studies_41fbd504\/1f16503f-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">256<\/a>, <b>field study<\/b> to assess the short- and long-term effects on <b>earthworms <\/b>(Oligochaeta, Annelida) in soils.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Test guidelines No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2026\/07\/test-no-445a-determination-of-cytochrome-p450-cyp-induction-using-differentiated-human-hepatic-cells_6b72a031\/765aaada-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">445A<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2026\/07\/test-no-446a-toxtracker-gene-reporter-assay-for-the-identification-of-genotoxic-hazard-and-genotoxic-non-genotoxic-mechanism-of-action_c74f58cd\/f2d51b5b-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">446A<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2026\/07\/test-no-454a-human-glucocorticoid-receptor-transactivation-assay_84fcd538\/cefe7fd3-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">454A<\/a>, <i>in vitro<\/i> methods to (<i>i<\/i>) address the <b>liver metabolism<\/b>, (<i>ii<\/i>) understand the <b>genotoxic mechanism(s)<\/b> and (<i>iii<\/i>) generate data on the non-EATS mode of action to inform <b>potential endocrine disruption pathways<\/b>, respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Several test guidelines are <b>updated<\/b>, notably:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Test guideline No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en\/publications\/test-no-201-alga-growth-inhibition-test_9789264069923-en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">201<\/a>, <b>freshwater alga and cyanobacteria<\/b> growth inhibition test, with a new algae species added.<\/li>\n<li><b>Skin sensitisation <\/b>methods and approaches have also been added to existing test guidelines No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2010\/07\/test-no-429-skin-sensitisation_g1gh2d88\/9789264071100-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">429<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2022\/06\/test-no-442d-in-vitro-skin-sensitisation_g1g507d0\/9789264229822-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">442D<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2023\/07\/guideline-no-497-defined-approaches-on-skin-sensitisation_30b1718f\/b92879a4-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">497<\/a>, broadening the range of validated options available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Corrections <\/b>have been made to several test guidelines, notably:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Test guidelines No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2023\/07\/test-no-442c-in-chemico-skin-sensitisation_g1g507cd\/9789264229709-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">442C<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2023\/07\/test-no-442e-in-vitro-skin-sensitisation_g1g6ece4\/9789264264359-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">442E<\/a> to assess <b>skin sensitisation<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Test guideline No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/publications\/reports\/2021\/06\/test-no-455-performance-based-test-guideline-for-stably-transfected-transactivation-in-vitro-assays-to-detect-estrogen-receptor-agonists-and-antagonists_g1g6ed0c\/9789264265295-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">455<\/a> to detect estrogen receptor agonists\/antagonists and inform <b>potential endocrine disruption pathways<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Test
