It\u00a0 aims to reduce environmental pollution and human exposure to the hazardous substances contained in PPPs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The list of substances concerned by the Tax on Diffuse Pollution is set by the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000023175055\/2025-01-22\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Order of 22th November 2010<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and is updated every year in order to consider the evolution of substance classification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>draft order updating the list of substances for 2027<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> has been released for public consultation from 13 October to 06 November 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In comparison to the 2026 list, the tax rate of 1 substance is increased and 14 substances are added to the list (notably 12 pheromone substances).
