Karine Mavet
Cofounder

An agricultural engineer specialised in the protection of plants and the environment, Karine Mavet has worked more than 20 years in the regulatory field. She started working for a large agrochemical company then was in charge of residue trials for a CRO.
After a collective pest control coordination assignment in the Rhône-Alpes regional plant protection department (DRAF / Ministry of Agriculture), she went into regulatory consulting.
As project leader for 10 years she advised French and foreign clients, drafted substance and preparation dossiers, monitored studies, conducted risk assessments and liaised with the competent Authorities.
Armed with her experience and spurred on by an entrepreneurial desire, she went into partnership and founded Lynxee consulting in 2015.

Adrien Margerit
Ecotoxicology Expert

Adrien Margerit, PhD in Ecotoxicology, has 8 years of experience in the fields of ecotoxicology and regulatory.
He had various experiences of research in ecotoxicology laboratories and then conducted a PhD at IRSN (French Institute of Radioprotection and Nuclear Safety) on the combined effects of uranium and cadmium in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans using empirical and mechanistic modelling tools.
He then worked as scientific assessor in ecotoxicology in the Ecotoxicology and Environmental Fate Unit of ANSES (French Agency for food, environmental and occupational health and safety) where he dealt with both plant protection active substance and product dossiers.
With his experience in the field of ecotoxicology, Adrien joined Lynxee consulting in 2018, where he is in charge of, among other things, study monitoring and risk assessments in ecotoxicology.

Chloé Trinchese

Graduated in Chemical Engineering, Chloé Trinchese has 5 years of experience in physico-chemistry and chemical analytics.
She began her career in formulation laboratories and then worked for ANSES (French Agency for food, environmental and occupational health and safety) as a scientific assessor in the Physical-chemistry and Analytical Methods Unit. She was in charge of the assessment of the relevant sections of the dossiers of authorisation for plant protection products and active substances.
With her background in formulation and scientific assessment, Chloé joined Lynxee consulting in 2020 where she is involved, among others, in the drafting of registration dossiers (Physico-chemical properties and analytical methods).

Tanalou Djae

PhD in environmental geoscience and graduated with a Master 2 in environmental analytical chemistry, Tanalou DJAE has 6 years of experience in the field of crop protection.
She had various experiences of research on field testing and in chemical analysis laboratories before conducting a PhD co-financed by CIRAD (French agricultural research and cooperation organization working for the sustainable development) and l’ADEME (French Agency for Environmental and Energy Management) on the phytoavailability of copper in soils amended with organic waste products.
She then worked for ANSES (French Agency for food, environmental and occupational health and safety) as a scientific assessor in the Physical-chemistry, Analytical Methods and Residues Units where she was in charge of the assessment of active substances and plant protection products dossiers.

Céline Janvier
Project Manager and Efficacy Expert

An agricultural engineer specialised in plant protection and environment, and PhD in soil microbiology, Céline Janvier has 10 years of experience in the regulatory field. She was in charge of the phytopathology laboratory of a French technical institute, and worked on the protection of vegetable crops in open field. Céline has continued her career in a regulatory consulting company. Expert in Efficacy and project manager for biocidal products, she has advised French and foreign clients, monitored studies, written and managed dossiers, and exchanged with competent authorities. On the strength of this experience, Céline joined Lynxee consulting in 2022. She coordinates and manages projects and also provides regulatory advice.
Léa Thuillier

An agricultural engineer specialised in plants protection, Léa THUILLIER began her career in 2018 as a field trialist (field crops, grapes, orchards and vegetables) for an agrochemical company and then for a CRO. Then, she worked as a project manager for European and French GEP field trials. She ensured compliance with protocols and GEP standard in close collaboration with technicians. She also processed data in ARM tool and wrote trial reports in collaboration with clients. With her background, Léa joined Lynxee consulting in 2023 where she is involved, among others, in the drafting of BADs, comparative assessment, labels and in field trials project management.
Virginie Taurin

Agricultural engineer, Virginie Taurin has more than 10 years of experience in biological assessment dossier drafting. She mainly worked for an agrochemical company and for a CRO.
