1 October 2018The Commission notice of 24th September 2018 indicates that the new EFSA/ECHA guidance document on how to identify endocrine disruptors, adopted and published in June 2018, will apply as of the date of application of Regulation (EU) No. 2018/605, 10th November 2018, to address points 3.6.5 and 3.8.2 of Annex II of Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009.
EFSA/ECHA guidance document and the scientific criteria to identify endocrine disruptors, as defined in Regulation (EU) No. 2018/605, will apply to on-going and future applications for approval or renewal of active substances, safeners or synergists.
