FRANCE – ANSES: Notes on the New Provisions for the Protection of Bees

Following a public consultation conducted in December 2021, the French Ministry of Agriculture published the list of crops that are not considered attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, as referred to in Article 1 of the “bees” Order of 20 November 2021.
Applications made during the flowering of crops that are on this list will thus not fall within the scope of the Order.
Two crops have been added since the consultation: hops and potatoes.
