EUROPE – COM: New draft regulation for the addition of unacceptable co-formulants

The European commission has published a new draft implementing regulation aimed at amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 (list of unacceptable co-formulants). This draft  modifies the entry concerning a co-formulant already listed, and adds 8 new substances to the 14 substances already listed in a previous draft, according to the criteria established in Regulation (EU) 2023/574 for identifying unacceptable co-formulants in plant protection products (PPP).

This implementing regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
