FRANCE: Withdrawal of oxamyl and ipconazole-based products

As a result of the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/741 of 5 April 2023 concerning the non-renewal of oxamyl approval, 3 authorisations for plant protection products containing this substance will be withdrawn by Anses from 01.08.2023.

The end of sales and distribution as well as the end of use of the stocks of products are set on 01.11.2023.

In addition, as a result of the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/939 of 10 May 2023 concerning the withdrawal of ipconazole approval, 3 authorisations and 3 parallel trade permits for plant protection products containing this substance will be withdrawn by Anses from 31.08.2023.

The end of sales and distribution is set on 30.11.2023 and the end of use of the stocks of products is set on 29.02.2024.
