On 9 June 2023, the European Commission published an update of the guidance document SANTE/11073/2015 – rev.1, listing the guidance documents considered obsolete. A new guidance document is listed in this revised version. This is the SANCO/10754/2005 – rev.5, on the taxonomic level of micro-organisms to be included in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC.
