ANSES published a new update of the Memo relating to trials and experiments on plant protection products and fertilisers on June 21, 2023. The previous Memo was issued on December 1, 2021 and notably provided details about the regulation and references to Cerfa form and notice to be used in the context of applications for trial permits concerning fertilisers and growing media.
This new version of June 2023 updates references to the Cerfa form and notice to be used in the context of applications for trial permits concerning plant protection products, sets out a new type of application, “Modification of information declared in a trial permit”, and specifies the associated fee following the entry into force of the Order of December 15, 2022.
