31 May 2022The 18th ATP (adaptation to technical progress) of the CLP (regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) was published on 3 May 2022 in the Official Journal of the European Union. It mainly takes into account the opinions of the Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on the proposals issued between December 2019 and December 2020 to add, update or delete harmonised classification and labelling of some substances.
Thus, Part 3 of Annex VI of the CLP regulation has been amended with the addition of harmonised classification and labelling for 39 new substances, the modification for 17 substances and the deletion of one substance.
In accordance with the Corrigendum published on 25 May 2022, the 18th ATP shall apply from 1st December 2023.
