As a result of the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/2513 of 16 November 2023 concerning the non-renewal of triflusulfuron-methyl approval, 5 authorisations and 3 parallel trade permits for plant protection products containing this substance have been withdrawn by Anses from 20.02.2024.
The end of sales and distribution is set on 20.05.2024 and the end of use of the stocks of products is set on 20.08.2024.
In addition, due to the end of the approval period for the active substance spirotetramat, 1 authorisation and 14 parallel trade permits for plant protection products containing this substance have been withdrawn by Anses from 30.04.2024.
The end of sales and distribution is set on 31.10.2024 and the end of use of the stocks of products is set on 31.10.2025.
