IUCLID is an IT tool hosted by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in collaboration with OECD to manage scientific data (register, store, submit and exchange) on chemical substances in a regulatory context (OECD Harmonised Templates format). It has been recently updated in order to be used in the pesticide regulatory framework for the notification and submission of active substance dossiers from 27 March 2021.
The following updates are available in the new version of the IUCLID 6.5 format:

- The latest OECD harmonised templates (OHT);
- A revised Classification and Labelling format to be compliant with the latest updates of the CLP regulation (latest ATPs) and of the Globally Harmonized System (GHS);
- Revised formats for the notification of substance of very high concern (SCIP database) and to European Poison Centres (PCN);
- An evolution to the first official version for pesticide dossiers submissions.
