FRANCE–ANSES : new grace periods for S-metolachlor

Following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/20 relating to the non-renewal of the active substance S-metolachlor, ANSES has updated, and published in its March 2024 monthly marketing authorisation bulletin (No. 2024-03), the grace periods for products containing this substance.

For uses and products withdrawn by decisions of April 20, 2023: the new grace period for use is set at July 23, 2024.

For uses and products still authorised: the grace period for sale and distribution is set at June 23, 2024, and that for use at July 23, 2024.
