The European Commission published on 20 July 2022 the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1252 amending the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/408 to update the list of candidates for substitution.
The update consists of the deletion of 47 substances, whose classification has been changed or whose approval has been withdrawn or renewed.
The Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1252 enters into force on 09 August 2022.
