FRANCE: Withdrawal of isopyrazam and bifenazate-based uses or products

As a result of the entry into force of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/782 of 18 May 2022 concerning the non-renewal of isopyrazam approval, Anses will withdraw the last authorisation containing this substance from 08 September 2022.

The end of sales and distribution as well as the end of use of the stocks of products are set on 08.12.2022.

In addition, following the entry into force of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/698 of 03 May 2022 amended on 16 June 2022, concerning the renewal approval of bifenazate and its restriction to use on non-edible crops in permanent greenhouse, some uses or authorisations for plant protection products containing this substance were withdrawn from 01 July 2022.

The end of sales and distribution is set on 01.01.2023.

The end of use of the stocks of products is set on 01.07.2023.
