The Southern Member States Steering Committee (SMS-SC) released on 27 October 2023 an update of the Working Document on the Work-Sharing of the Southern Zone Member States under Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009.
The document describes the specific procedures as well as the national requirements for plant protection product dossiers. The aim of the document, and in particular of the specific procedures described, is to improve mutual recognition process and facilitate the development of a registration work-sharing programme.
This revision 8, replacing version 7.1 of 06 August 2018, includes the updated Member State contact points (Appendix III) and national requirements (Appendix IV) for most SMSs as well as the updated list of risk mitigation options of Bulgaria and Croatia (Appendix V).
