EUROPE: end of DPD labelling and new ATP no. 10

As a reminder, mixtures (products) with old labels (classification according to the old Directive 1999/45/EC called ‘DPD’) will have to be withdrawn from the market on 1 June 2017. The CLP classification is now mandatory on labels of all mixtures. The latest exemption concerning products already on the market on 1 june 2015 has just ended.

On another note, the 10th ATP (Adaptation to Technical Progress) has been published and is applicable from 1 December 2018.

The plant protection substances concerned are as follows:

Bendiocarb, fipronil, spiroxamine, fenpyrazamine, dichlofluanid, cyproconazole, tefluthrin, terbuthylazine, thiacloprid, hexaflumuron, penthiopyrad.
