EUROPE: Update of the document SANCO Doc 6621-99 rev 75 on the scope and borderline issues of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009

In January 2024, the Commission published an updated version of the working document SANCO Doc 6621-99 rev 75, relating to the scope and limits of application of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009. The last version online was revision 71 of September 2022.

This new version includes updates and two new entries in the table listing the various cases examined and the conclusions issued by the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed (SCoPAFF).

As a reminder, the working document sets out, among other things, the criteria to determine whether a product falls in the scope of the Regulation concerning plant protection products and the procedure to present a new request for interpretation for a case not listed in the table.
