The annex to the order of 22 November 2010 establishes the list of substances subject to the Tax on Diffuse Pollution as mentioned in Article L. 213-10-8 of the Code of Environment. This list is updated annually to take into account changes in the classification of substances.
The updated list of substances concerned by the French Tax on Diffuse Pollution, defined in the order of 19 December 2023, has been published in the Official Journal of 28 December 2023. Some modifications have been done in comparison to the list published on 29 December 2022.
Among them, 7 new substances are added, while 31 are removed because they are no longer approved or sold. Also, 5 substances have their status updated with “exclusion”, and 1 with “substitution”.
The new list applies by 1st January 2024.
