The annex to the order of 22 November 2010 establishes the list of substances subject to the Tax on Diffuse Pollution as they belong to a hazard class provided for by Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 due to their carcinogenicity or mutagenicity or their toxicity. This list is updated annually to take into account changes in the classification of substances.
The updated list of substances concerned by the French Tax on Diffuse Pollution has been published in the Official Journal of 29 December 2022. Some modifications have been performed in comparison to the list published on 26 December 2021.
Among them, the status of 2 substances is updated for “exclusion”, the classification of 13 substances are changed according to the Regulation (EC) n°1272/2008 and 3 substances are added to the list.
The new list applies by 1st January 2023.
