As a result of the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/1436 of 10 July 2023 concerning the non-renewal of dimoxystrobin approval, 3 authorisations and 4 parallel trade permits for plant protection products containing this substance will be withdrawn by Anses from 31.01.2024.
The end of sales and distribution of the products is set on 30.04.2024.
The end of use of the stocks of products is set on 31.07.2024.
