FRANCE: Withdrawal of indoxacarb, phosmet and azimsulfuron-based products

As a result of the entry into force of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2081 of 26 November 2021 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/94 of 24 January 2022 concerning respectively the non-renewal of indoxacarb and phosmet approvals, Anses withdraws from the second half of 2022, 6 authorisations and 16 parallel trade permits for plant protection products containing these substances.

The end of sales and distribution is set on 19.06.2022 for indoxacarb and on 01.08.2022 for phosmet.

The end of use of the stocks of products is set on 19.09.2022 for indoxacarb and on 01.11.2022 for phosmet.

In addition, further to the expiry of the approval of the active substance azimsulfuron, 1 authorisation and 1 parallel trade permit for plant protection products containing this substance were withdrawn from 30 June 2022.

The end of sales and distribution is set on 30.06.2022.

The end of use of the stocks of products is set on 31.12.2022.
