FRANCE – ANSES: Update of the Note on French Provisions Concerning the Protection of Bees

The Order of 31 March 2025 published in the Official Journal of the French Republic of 06 April 2025, modifies the Order of 12 April 2021 on the implementation of the national catalog of plant protection uses.
This order, which replaces appendix 1 of the order of 12 April 2021 :
– adds quinoa as a reference crop,
– redefines the crops associated with cereals, straw cereals, cabbages, ornamental crops, nuts, stone fruits, seed crops, corn seed crops, PPAMC and buckwheat,
– details the crops included in fruit crops, vegetable crops, tropical crops, field crops and small fruits, and
– modifies the EPPO code for Lima bean.
Futhermore, the status (major/minor) of several uses has been changed in the new catalogue.
